目的:评析低位水平下颌阻生第三磨牙应用45°涡轮钻改良拔除术治疗的临床效果。方法:选择64例下颌低位水平阻生第三磨牙患者,依据随机双盲法平均分为2组,其中对照组施以传统三角瓣法和高速涡轮钻拔除;实验组则采取涡轮钻彻底分牙法配合三角切龈拔除第三磨牙。比较2组患者手术时间、术后并发症的差异,采用SPSS20.0软件包对数据进行统计学处理。结果:实验组患者的手术时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05),术后疼痛、肿胀、牙龈撕裂、干槽症与开口受限程度显著轻于对照组(P<0.05),而2组的术后出血发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:低位下颌水平阻生第三磨牙应用45°反角涡轮钻采用彻底分牙法配合三角切龈拔除,具有手术时间短,术后疼痛、肿胀、牙龈撕裂、干槽症以及开口受限发生率低等优势,相对传统涡轮钻拔牙法疗效可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of low-level mandibular impacted third molars using 45 ° turbo-hole modified extraction.
