试验研究了纳米CaCO_3对水泥胶砂性能的影响。将纳米CaCO_3以1.0%、2.0%和4.0%等量取代水泥的试验结果表明,纳米CaCO_3对水泥标准稠度用水量影响不大;使初凝时间略有缩短,终凝时间显著缩短;对水泥安定性无不良影响;使水泥胶砂7 d抗折强度提高,14 d抗折强度变化不明显,28 d抗折强度降低;7 d、14 d和28 d抗压强度均有提高,尤其对早期抗压强度影响显著。从经济的角度考虑,纳米CaCO_3的最优掺量为2%。
The effect of nano-CaCO3 on the properties of cement mortar was studied. The results of replacing CaCO3 with 1.0%, 2.0% and 4.0% of nano-CaCO3 showed that nano-CaCO3 had little effect on the standard consistency of cement, shorten the initial setting time and shorten the final setting time significantly, The results showed that the flexural strength of cement mortar increased at 7 days, the flexural strength did not change significantly at 14 days, and the flexural strength decreased at 28 days.
