为利用硝酸分解大峪口磷矿生产磷肥,通过单因素实验考察各种因素对磷矿粉分解率的影响,实验筛选出便于过滤、结晶等后续工序有效进行的酸解反应最佳工艺条件:硝酸用量为理论用量的105%,硝酸w(HNO3)为55%,反应时间为30 min,反应温度为50℃,矿粉粒度小于0.542 mm(-30目)。
In order to use nitric acid to decompose Dayikou phosphate rock to produce phosphate fertilizer, the effect of various factors on the decomposition rate of phosphate rock was investigated by single factor experiment. The optimum technological conditions of the acid hydrolysis reaction, such as filtration and crystallization, The amount of nitric acid was 105% of the theoretical amount, the content of nitric acid (HNO3) was 55%, the reaction time was 30 min, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃ and the particle size of ore was less than 0.542 mm (-30 mesh).
