视网膜微循环系指视网膜血管末梢单位,即毛细血管前微动脉(?)毛细血管(?)毛细血管后微静脉这一部份。视网膜动脉或静脉阻塞后终将形成其末梢单位(微循环)的阻滞。根据视网膜微循环的阻滞状态可将动脉阻塞分为完全阻塞与不全阻塞;静脉阻塞分为缺血型与渗漏型,这对于指导临床治疗与判断预后,都有重要意义。为了进一步证实,现就视网膜血管阻塞病人,正常人及高血压者的视网膜内循环各期,通过荧光眼底血管造影作一对比分析,报告如下。
