为了有效地解决海水钻井液中加重材料的悬浮稳定性问题,开发出了抗盐、抗钙、抗温性好的新型加重材料的活化剂。介绍重晶石的活化机理,给出了新型活化重晶石在高温(180~210℃)和高密度(1.8~2.4g·cm~(-3)海水钻井液中的试验结果。
In order to solve the problem of suspension stability of heavy materials in seawater drilling fluid effectively, a new kind of activator of aggravating materials is developed which is resistant to salt, anti-calcium and good temperature resistance. The activation mechanism of barite is introduced and the experimental results of new activated barite in seawater at high temperature (180 ~ 210 ℃) and high density (1.8 ~ 2.4g · cm ~ (-3)) are given.
