近些年来,我国的房地产业如火如荼的发展,已成为我国国民经济的支柱产业,大量的房屋拔地而起,新型的住宅小区成片开发,无疑房地产业的蓬勃发展,不仅带动了经济的快速运行,同时也为提高人们的居住品质发挥了巨大的作用。但是房地产发展的过程却不是一帆风顺的,期间曾多次出现一定的波动性,这种波动性是受多方面的因素所影响,只有分析研究这些波动因素,政府才能很好的进行引导和调控,消费者才能进行更加理性的消费,才能保证投资和消费之间的平衡,促进房地产业的良性发展。

The development of new-type residential quarters has undoubtedly taken a vigorous part in the rapid development of the real estate industry.
