党的十一届三中全会以来,农村的经济形势为什么这样好呢?主要是党中央对农村采取了一系列正确的农村经济政策,其中最关键的是联产承包经济责任制。这个“包”字,把劳动者的劳动同生产成果紧密地联系起来,把责、权、利结合起来,责任最明确,利益最直接,解决了长期以来吃“大锅饭”的问题,真正地贯彻了“各尽所能,按劳分配”的社会主义原则。农民在集体经济中的地位发生了变化,由过去单纯的劳动者变为既是生产者又是经营者,成了真正的主人。我认为,如果把农业的“包”字,“引进”到我们建材行业中来,就会解决吃“大锅饭”问题,极大地调动广大建材工业干部职工的积极性,开创建材工业的新局面。 Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, why did the economic situation in rural areas be so good?
