在我国现行的《铁路工程技术规范》中,对旅客列车到发线的数量没有明确规定,货物列车到发线的数量系根据货物列车的换算对数查表确定。所谓货物列车的换算对数,是将各种货物列车数按计算区间通过能力的扣除系数换算成平行运行图列车对数,旅客列车不包括在内。文章认为该方法不尽合理,提出按各种货物列车占用到发线时间的长短作为换算依据。同时对旅客列车到发线数量的确定方法,也提出了新的建议。
In China’s current “Technical Specifications for Railway Engineering”, the number of passenger train arrivals and departures is not clearly defined. The number of freight train arrival routes is determined according to the converted logarithm of freight trains. The so-called conversion of cargo train logarithm, is a variety of goods by the calculation of the number of trains through the ability to deduct the coefficient converted into a parallel running train number of trains, passenger trains are not included. The article believes that the method is not reasonable, proposed by the various goods train to send the length of time as a conversion basis. At the same time, the method of determining the number of passenger train arrivals and departures is also presented with new suggestions.
