研究发现利用脱硫石膏固废可以加快煤泥水的沉降速度,从而增强污水的净化效果。采用浊度法分析了脱硫石膏对含煤和高岭土的煤泥水的沉降过程的影响规律,结果表明脱硫石膏对煤没有沉降效果,但对高岭土具有明显的辅助沉降功能。向含有20g/L高岭土的煤泥水中加入质量分数为20%的脱硫石膏,可将浊度从239NTU降低到131NTU,研究发现脱硫石膏与煤泥水的沉降主要是半水硫酸钙与煤泥水作用的结果。
The study found that the use of gypsum solid waste can speed up the settling velocity of slime water, thereby enhancing the sewage purification. The effect of desulfurized gypsum on the sedimentation process of slime water containing coal and kaolin was analyzed by turbidity method. The results showed that desulfurized gypsum had no settlement effect on coal, but had obvious auxiliary settlement function for kaolin. The addition of 20% FGD gypsum to slime water containing 20g / L kaolin can reduce the turbidity from 239NTU to 131NTU. It is found that the sedimentation of FGD gypsum and slime water is mainly caused by the action of calcium sulfate hemihydrate result.
