目的 对比SMILE与SBK两种手术治疗后患者干眼发生情况.方法 选取2014-5G2016G5我院眼科收治的60例(120眼)患者,将患者按照随机的原则平均分成两组,即SMILE组和SBK组.结果 术后1周和1个月,两组FL和BUT组间比较差异明显,有统计学意义.手术后3个月和半年,两组间比较没有明显差异无统计学意义(P>005).It术后1周、1个月和3个月两组数据相比存在明显差异(P<005),SMILE组泪腺分泌功能恢复较快,术后6个月两组间差异无统计学意义(P>005).结论 两种手术方式治疗的效果基本一致,都出现不同程度的干眼症状,但SMILE组在干眼恢复上优于SBK组,是临床上首选的治疗方式. Objective To compare the incidence of dry eye in patients treated with SMILE and SBK.Methods Sixty eyes (120 eyes) were treated in our hospital from 2014-5G2016G5, and the patients were equally divided into two groups according to randomized principle: SMILE group and SBK Group.Results One week and one month after operation, there was significant difference between the two groups in FL and BUT group, with statistical significance.At 3 months and 6 months after operation, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 005) .There was significant difference between the two groups at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after It (P <005), the secretion of lacrimal gland in SMILE group recovered quickly, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups at 6 months after operation (P> 005) .Conclusion The results of the two surgical methods are basically the same, with different degrees of dry eye symptoms, but SMILE group is superior to SBK group in the recovery of dry eye, which is the first choice of clinical treatment.
