随着技术的进步,在痕量分析项目中,应用技术也在不断增多,其中较为常见的技术就是流动注射化学发光法,这样技术不仅具有灵敏度高成本低等优势,还能实现较为充足的线性范围,并且仪器设备操作简单,因此,应用前景和使用频率在不断扩展,并逐渐渗透到分析化学研究中。本文减压分析了流动注射化学发光法的内涵,从药物分析、环境检测分析、生命科学分析三个层面集中阐释了流动注射化学发光法在分析化学中的应用路径,旨在为研究人员提供有价值的参考意见。
