在房地产市场持续低迷、门窗型材行业竞争加剧的双重压力下,作为国内最早从德国引进全套塑料型材、塑钢门窗生产线及检测检验设备的厂家,HF公司正面临着市场份额缩小,利润降低等严峻考验。本文以HF公司为研究对象,对其营销现状及问题进行了系统分析,并结合7Ps营销理论提出改进建议,以便更好推进公司的市场营销工作。

This article take HF Company as the research object, carries on the system analysis to the marketing present situation and the question, and puts forward the improvement suggestion according to 7Ps marketing theory, in order to promote the company’s marketing work better.
