对铸造凝固过程温度场模拟及缩孔、缩松缺陷预测算法进行了研究,并应用于SIMU-CAST铸造凝固过程模拟软件研发。软件能基于有限单元法进行凝固过程温度场、缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷的数值模拟。模拟过程充分考虑材料和边界条件等参数的非线性特征,并考虑结晶潜热的处理。同时对铸件缩孔、缩松预测结果和ProCAST软件计算结果进行对比,验证了所开发软件的准确性。
The temperature field simulation of casting solidification process and the shrinkage porosity and shrinkage defect prediction algorithm were studied and applied to SIMU-CAST casting solidification simulation software development. The software can simulate casting defects such as temperature field, shrinkage cavity and shrinkage in solidification process based on finite element method. The simulation process takes full account of the nonlinear characteristics of materials and boundary conditions and other parameters, and considers the treatment of latent heat of crystallization. At the same time, the results of casting shrinkage shrinkage and shrinkage prediction are compared with those of ProCAST software to verify the accuracy of the developed software.
