我厂于1985年成立,现有正式编制员工35名.临工30名,经营场地约1500m~2,经有关部门批准,我厂是汕头市机动车年审的汽车大修业务定点单位.在党的改革开放方针指引下,在上级的正确领导和支持下,经全体员工的努力奋斗,从1986年开始,扭转了以往车队经营亏损或持平状态,利润逐年上升,最高年营业收入约340万元,纯利润约30万元.近几年来,多次受到汕头市人民政府和省农垦总局的表彰.现将近几年来的主要工作做法及体会作一介绍:1.从市场需要出发,调整经营目标我厂的前身是汕头农垦的一个小型汽车运输队,担负着农垦系统的工、农、商业等物资运输任务.随着我国改革开放的逐步深
Our factory was established in 1985 and currently has 35 staff members. The number of temporary workers is 30. The operating site is about 1500m~2. With the approval of relevant departments, our factory is the fixed-point unit of automobile overhaul business in annual inspection of motor vehicles in Shantou City. Under the guidance of the reform and opening up policy, with the correct leadership and support from the superior, through the hard work of all employees, since 1986, the company has reversed the loss or flat status of the previous fleet operations, and profits have increased year by year. The highest annual operating income is about 3.4 million yuan. The net profit is about RMB 300,000. In recent years, it has been praised by the People’s Government of Shantou City and the Provincial Bureau of Land Reclamation for many times. The main work practices and experiences in recent years are presented here: 1.
