目的:研究冬青科植物毛冬青茎的化学成分。方法:通过硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20柱色谱及反复重结晶等方法分离纯化化合物,利用核磁共振等现代波谱技术解析确定化合物结构。结果:从毛冬青茎的石油醚和乙酸乙酯部位中分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为ilexgein A(1),ilexsaponin A1(2),ilexsaponin B1(3),ilexsaponin B2(4),β-谷甾醇(5)。结论:化合物1~5均为首次从毛冬青茎中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of stems of Hollyhock. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and repeated recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were determined by using modern spectroscopy such as nuclear magnetic resonance. Results: Five compounds were identified and identified as follows: ilexgein A (1), ilexsaponin A1 (2), ilexsaponin B1 (3), ilexsaponin B2 Sitosterol (5). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 ~ 5 were isolated from the stem of Holly plum for the first time.
