以旋光的联萘二酚(BINOL)、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)及均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)为主要原料,采用二步法,合成了主链含有联萘基团的新型旋光性聚(氨酯-酰亚胺)(S-BPUI和R-BPUI),并考察该聚合物较佳的制备条件,且用红外光谱(IR)、紫外-可见光谱(Vis-UV)、圆二光谱(CD)、热重及差热分析(TG/DSC)等对BPUI结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:较佳的合成条件为预聚时间为5h、温度为100℃;S-BPUI和R-BPUI旋光度最高可分别达到+45.5°和-40.4°,具有较高的旋光能力;S-BPUI和R-BPUI的玻璃化转变温度分别为259.3℃和251.6℃以上,热分解温度分别为299.5℃和306.6℃,显示了较好的热稳定性;特性粘度在0.1808~0.2445 dL/g内变化,耐溶剂性能较好。
The main raw materials of BINOL, TDI and PMDA were synthesized by the two-step method. (S-BPUI and R-BPUI) were synthesized and characterized by means of IR, UV-visible spectroscopy (Vis-UV) , Circular dichroism (CD), thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis (TG / DSC) were used to characterize the structure and properties of BPUI. The results show that the optimum synthesis conditions are: prepolymerization time is 5h, temperature is 100 ℃; the highest optical rotation of S-BPUI and R-BPUI can reach + 45.5 ° and -40.4 °, respectively; The glass transition temperatures of BPUI and R-BPUI were 259.3 ℃ and 251.6 ℃ respectively, the thermal decomposition temperatures were 299.5 ℃ and 306.6 ℃, respectively, showing good thermal stability. Intrinsic viscosity varied from 0.1808 to 0.2445 dL / g Solvent resistance is better.
