目的：探讨 Ｗ Ｎ Ｚ 普通型微波治疗仪治疗慢性舌扁桃体炎或舌扁桃体增生的疗效。方法：在电子纤维喉镜下表麻后用微波治疗仪连接特软电缆线，插入电子纤维喉镜活检孔内，频率为２ ４５０ Ｍ Ｈｚ，输出功率４０ ～７０ Ｗ，治疗时间４ ～６ ｓ。插入舌扁桃体内或增生的淋巴滤泡内凝固，直到粘膜发白为止。结果：１４７ 例一次性完成治疗，门诊随访观察，治愈１３８ 例（９３ ．９ ％ ） ，好转９ 例（６ ．１ ％ ） ，术后无出血、水肿及呼吸道梗阻。结论：该治疗仪治疗慢性舌扁桃体炎或舌扁桃体增生，是一种既简单安全、又经济有效的好方法，值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of WNZ general microwave therapeutic apparatus on chronic tonsillitis or tongue tonsil hyperplasia. Methods: Under the electronic fiber laryngoscope, a special soft cable was connected with a microwave therapeutic instrument and inserted into the electronic fiber laryngoscope biopsy hole. The frequency was 2 450 M Hz, the output power was 40 ~ 70 W and the treatment time was 4 ~ 6 s . Insert tongue tonsils or hyperplasia of lymphoid follicles within the coagulation, until the mucosa whitish so far. Results: One hundred and seventy-seven patients completed the treatment at one time. Outpatients were followed up for 138 cases (93.9%) and 9 cases (6.1%) were cured. No postoperative bleeding, edema and airway obstruction were found. Conclusion: The treatment of chronic tonsillitis or tongue tonsil hyperplasia, is a simple and safe, but also cost-effective and good method, it is worth promoting.
