发电厂根据电网每日下达的发电计划进行发电。目前绝大多数发电厂仅和一家电网公司签订发电协议。因此发电计划的下达和在发电厂企业信息系统中的流转相对简单。而长江电力下属的溪洛渡电厂由于地理位置的特殊性,导致其分别接受两大电网公司调度。因此需要在e PMS系统中将国家电网和南方电网下达的日发电计划进行整合流转,本文就“一厂两调”模式下的日发电计划如何在ePMS系统中流转做出设计,并对关键技术进行介绍。 Power plants generate electricity on the basis of a daily power grid plan.
