运用演化博弈,通过系统演化相图的局部稳定点分析,证实培训能改变知识型员工个体的去留倾向,减小知识型员工群体的离职率。据此认为政府应该出台政策帮助小微企业降低培训成本,鼓励小微企业实施培训;而小微企业则应该实施创新的培训模式,以降低知识型员工离职率。
By using the evolutionary game, the local stability point analysis of the system evolution phase diagram proves that training can change the retention tendency of knowledge workers and reduce the turnover rate of knowledge workers. Therefore, the government should introduce policies to help small and micro enterprises to reduce training costs and encourage small and micro enterprises to implement training; and small and micro enterprises should implement innovative training models to reduce the knowledge worker turnover rate.
