如何在超竞争环境下,获取竞争优势是每个制造业企业关注的关键问题。近年来,由于竞争环境快速多变,企业的静态资源、能力加速退化,战略管理研究学者逐渐开始重视制造业企业在创新过程中的技术战略选择问题。企业对技术战略的不同选择对创新绩效的影响可能并不相同,本文利用中国制造业企业的截面数据,构建理论模型来研究超竞争环境下,中国制造业企业不同类型技术战略选择对企业创新绩效的影响。在竞争环境的威胁性、复杂性和动态性背景下,讨论不同类型技术战略选择(低端技术战略和高端技术战略)的中国制造业企业的创新绩效的不同表现,进而总结制造业企业技术战略选择经验并提出政策性建议。
How to gain competitive advantage in a hyper-competitive environment is a key issue for every manufacturing enterprise. In recent years, as the competitive environment is changing rapidly and the static resources and capabilities of enterprises deteriorate rapidly, scholars of strategic management gradually begin to attach importance to the selection of technology strategy in the course of manufacturing enterprises’ innovation. The influence of different choices of technology strategy on innovation performance may not be the same. This article uses the cross-sectional data of Chinese manufacturing enterprises to build a theoretical model to study the impact of different types of technology strategy choices of Chinese manufacturing enterprises on the innovation performance of enterprises Impact.
