酒糟是酿酒厂的一大副产品。据报道,酒糟含有多种有机化合物和B族维生素,以及纤维素、半纤维素、木质素,还含有碳、氮、磷、钾、钙、镁等,营养极为丰富,适于木腐食用菌生长的要求,是栽培食用菌的好材料。为此,我们于1991年9月至1992年4月,进行了酒糟栽培香菇的试验,现将试验方法和结果报告于后。 一、材料和方法 (一)供试材料 菌株为Cr02,引自江西省农科院菌种厂。酒糟(谷壳),由南昌酒厂生产科供给。 (二)酒糟的预处理 新鲜酒糟含有对食用菌菌丝生长不利的醇类、醛类和酸类物质,特别是有机酸物质较多,因此使用前要进行预处理。把酒糟摊放在水泥地
