路基是轨道的基础,是重要的土工结构物。地铁路基工程既要保证足够的强度、稳定性和耐久性,使之抵抗各种自然因素作用影响,又要从技术条件、施工条件、可能造成环境和社会影响、建设投资、节约用地等方面综合考虑,所以地铁路基不同于常规铁路一般路基,根据具体的工程情况、城市特征等有自身的设计特点。总结地铁建设的经验和教训,借鉴国内外有关标准规定,结合天津地铁3号线市郊一段较典型的路基工程实例,论述地铁地面线设计路基高度、宽度、横断面形式的合理确定,电缆沟槽的紧凑布设,并与路基排水沟采用联体设计等,避免因规划高程尚未实施现状地势低洼积水,确保管槽及路基排水通畅,并节省了城郊用地。
