本文用循环吹气吸附法捕集山苍子根头香,用同时蒸馏萃取法提取山苍子根精油。用GC-MS-DS联用仪从山苍子根头香中分离鉴定了71种组分,占色谱峰总面积的98.62%;从精油中分离鉴定了37种组分,占总色谱峰面积的97.46%。再用双柱GC标样程升保留指数法对部分组分进行了确证。头香中确证了45种组分,占总峰面积的82.73%;精油中确证了24种组分,占总峰面积的93.42%。头香中含量较大的组分有萘(12.64%)、α-蒎烯(10.08%)、香茅醛(9.66%)、柠檬烯(9.5%)、β-蒎烯(8.89%)、樟脑(6.33%)、异胡薄荷醇(5.60%)等。精油的主要成分是香茅醛(58.86)、香茅醇(8.80%)、柠檬烯(5.43%)和α-蒎烯(4.32%)。
In this paper, the root of Cortex Litsea cubeba was collected by cyclic air-blowing adsorption method, and the root of Litsea Cubeba extract was extracted by distillation at the same time. 71 components were isolated and identified from the root of Litsea japonica by GC-MS-DS, accounting for 98.62% of the total area of the chromatographic peak. 37 components were isolated and identified from the essential oil, accounting for the total peak area Of the 97.46%. Re-use two-column GC standard sample retention index method to confirm some of the components. In the head incense, 45 components were confirmed, accounting for 82.73% of the total peak area; 24 components were confirmed in the essential oil, accounting for 93.42% of the total peak area. The main components in the head fragrance are naphthalene (12.64%), α-pinene (10.08%), citronellal (9.66%), limonene (9.5%), β-pinene (8.89%), camphor 6.33%), isopulegol (5.60%) and the like. The main components of essential oils are citronellal (58.86), citronellol (8.80%), limonene (5.43%) and α-pinene (4.32%).
