氯胺酮(KTM)应用于临床麻醉已有30余年,因其单用时可引起不可忽视的并发症和不良反应,人们曾用KTM与许多药物合用,以减少其副作用,但并未完全消除所有副反应,如恶心、呕吐等.我院自1994年7月始,应用KTM胃复安合剂作基础麻醉效果满意.现报告如下:1 资料和方法1994年7月～1995年11月,共116(男78,女38)例患儿接受KTM胃复安基础麻醉,其中门急诊46例,住院患者70例,年龄5月～13岁,体重5～35kg,均接受头部、颈部、肠道、会阴及四肢等中小手术,术前禁饮食4～6h
