对8个烤烟亲本及其配制的28个杂交组合的叶片性状进行了遗传分析。结果表明:(1)杂交组合叶数性状的平均值与其双亲平均值呈显著正相关关系,在一定程度上可用双亲均值估计F1群体叶数性状值。(2)烤烟叶数性状主要受加性效应控制,腰叶长、腰叶宽和叶面积主要受显性效应控制。(3)亲本P2(K326),P3(云烟87)和P1(G80)的叶数加性效应值较高,P8(红花大金元)的腰叶长、腰叶宽和叶面积状表现出较高的加性效应,因而可作为亲本来改良这些性状。P6(净叶黄)在叶数、腰叶宽和叶面积3个性状中,均表现出较高的负向加性效应,表明该品种不宜作为这些性状改良的亲本。
The leaf traits of eight flue-cured tobacco parents and their hybrids were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant positive correlation between the average number of leaf traits in hybrid combinations and the average of their parents. To some extent, the average number of leaf traits in F1 population could be estimated by the means of parents. (2) The number of flue-cured tobacco leaf traits was mainly controlled by additive effect. The length of loins, width of leaf and leaf area were mainly controlled by the dominant effect. (3) The additive effects of leaves P2 (K326), P3 (Yunyan 87) and P1 (G80) were higher than those of P8 (Honghua Daijin Yuan) in waist length, waist width and leaf area A higher additive effect, which can be used as parents to improve these traits. P6 (net leaf yellow) showed higher negative additive effects in leaf traits, leaf width, leaf area and leaf traits, suggesting that this variety should not be used as a parent for these traits.
