实验方法:将处于性周期各个不同时期的雌性Wistar今道系成熟大鼠(12~16周龄)的子宫摘出后,在给予充足氧气的Krebs溶液中,制成2mm×7mm的长方形子宫纵行肌肉标本。将标本吊挂在保温装置(36.5~37℃)内的Krebs溶液中。用生理变位计及增幅器对肌肉的收缩变化进行等张性测定。用笔式记录器记录子宫体肌肉收缩变位。Krebs
Experimental method: The uterus of female Wistar mature rats (12-16 weeks old) in the various stages of the sexual cycle is removed and the rectangular uterus with a length of 2 mm×7 mm is formed in a solution of sufficient oxygen in Krebs.
