本文对家用热泵热水器蒸发器中以5 mm铜管替代目前最常用的9.52 mm铜管的可行性进行了研究和分析。采用现有的蒸发器计算模型设计了性能相当的两款蒸发器(9.52 mm铜管蒸发器和5 mm铜管蒸发器)并进行了对比分析,结果表明:5 mm铜管应用于家用热泵热水器蒸发器完全可以达到9.52 mm铜管蒸发器的换热性能,5 mm铜管蒸发器所需管材更少,重量更轻,成本更低。热泵热水器蒸发器采用小管径铜管,是降低成本、减轻重量、提升热泵热水器市场竞争力的有效手段。
This paper studies and analyzes the feasibility of replacing the most commonly used 9.52 mm copper tube with a 5 mm copper tube in a household heat pump water heater evaporator. Using the existing evaporator calculation model, two comparable evaporators (9.52 mm copper evaporator and 5 mm copper evaporator) were designed and compared. The results showed that the 5 mm copper pipe used in household heat pump water heater Evaporator fully meets the heat transfer performance of a 9.52 mm brass evaporator, which requires less tubing, lighter weight and lower cost. Heat pump water heaters evaporator with a small diameter brass, is to reduce costs, reduce weight and improve the market competitiveness of heat pump water heater an effective means.
