刑事一体化理念主张建立动态的实践刑法形态,将犯罪学、刑法学、刑事政策学、监狱学等学科紧密联系起来,同时吸收其他交叉学科,组成一个系统的刑事法学科群,发挥整体的、系统的防治犯罪的功能。从健康青少年到犯罪青少年,主要包括两大阶段,在这个过程中家庭、学校、社会等因素影响较大。结合动态样本来看,针对不同阶段、不同个体,各个因素的作用力大小不同,因而对青少年的教育与矫正应该结合所处的具体阶段,综合个人特点,采取个性化方案。同时,这些方案应该随着青少年个人情况的变化、不同阶段的转变,适时加以调整,以期能收到更好的效果。
