目的:探讨加强运送工人进行院内患者运送的安全护理管理措施,提高院内患者运送的安全性。方法:学习并了解丽水市中心医院患者由院内运送工人护送管理措施,采用每月定期随机抽样法对医院患者安全护送进行安全护理管理考察,并结合每次考察结果回顾性分析探讨院内患者由运送工人护送管理潜在的安全护理问题及评价运送工人安全护理知识及技能水平情况,并对潜在安全护理管理问题进行探讨提出相应干预对策。结果:经过随机考察医院院内患者由运送工人护送的安全护理管理措施,在不同运送工人护送院内患者时的安全护理管理过程中存在一些相似或各异的护理安全问题,如运送工人存在护理专业技能不熟练等问题。结论:通过此次回顾性抽查考察,医院院内患者由运送工人护送过程中确实存在一些潜在安全护理问题,经对运送工人护理知识及技能培训及相关安全护理制度的完善,能够提高运送工人在院内患者护送过程中的安全护理管理效率,减少运送护理风险。
OBJECTIVE: To explore safety management measures to enhance the delivery of hospital patients by transporting workers so as to improve the safety of hospital patient delivery. Methods: To learn and understand the escort management measures of hospital workers in Lishui Central Hospital. The monthly nursing examination was conducted by using random sampling on a monthly basis.
