在油/水/固体的接触角实验中,氧化层中氧化镁含量高的铝合金表面易被环烷基油或含1%油酸的环烷基油所润湿;反之,几乎纯氧化铝的合金表面就不易润湿。然而,对于后一种表面,降低pH值,或者加入镁离子在水溶液中进行离子交换就能够提高油品的润湿程度。纯氧化物粉末与工业上用的含环烷基油和油酸的轧辊乳化液之间的相互作用中也观察到了润湿问题中的同样倾向。本文讨论这种特性对于铝材轧制中的加工润滑和表面质量的影响关系。
In the oil / water / solid contact angle experiments, the surface of the aluminum alloy with high magnesium oxide content in the oxide layer was easily wetted by the naphthenic oil or the naphthenic oil containing 1% oleic acid. On the other hand, almost pure alumina The alloy surface is not easy to wet. However, for the latter surface, lowering the pH, or adding magnesium ions in an aqueous solution for ion exchange, can increase the degree of wetting of the oil. The same tendency in wetting problems was also observed in the interaction between pure oxide powders and industrial roll emulsions containing naphthenic oil and oleic acid. This article discusses the effect of this characteristic on the process lubrication and surface quality in aluminum rolling.
