目的了解登革热防控示范区工作中的薄弱环节,为推动登革热防控提供依据。方法对2015年创建的示范区佛山市禅城区政府以及基层行政部门进行登革热应对能力调查。采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学分析,单因素分析比较采用χ~2检验,多个样本均数进行Kruskal-Wallis检验。结果在创建示范区后,区及下属各镇街道政府在领导架构、卫生应急队伍、培训和演练、应急物资储备、消杀人员储备、爱国卫生运动情况执行、工作经费落实、蚊媒监测和监督机制建立等方面均能落实到位。4个镇的街道居委会中有九成建立本级的组织、预案管理和应急队伍,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=-12.61,P<0.01);各村居委均能落实蚊媒监测任务。各镇街道下属村居委间应急物资和人员储备,差异有统计学意义(χ~2值分别17.0和14.4,P<0.05)。4镇街道间下属村居委的督办力度和经费投入差异均有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为26.6和37.3,P<0.05)。结论登革热防控示范区在一定程度上推动登革热防控工作,保障了防控队伍和蚊媒监测,但仍需加强评估和专项经费等投入力度,以促进防控工作的推进。
Objective To understand the weak links in the work of dengue fever prevention and control demonstration area and provide evidence for the prevention and control of dengue fever. Methods To investigate the dengue response capacity of Foshan Chancheng District government and grass-roots administrative department in 2015, which is a demonstration area. SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The univariate analysis was performed using χ ~ 2 test. The mean of multiple samples was analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test. Results After the establishment of the demonstration area, the district and subordinate township government in the leadership structure, health contingent, training and rehearsal, emergency supplies reserve, disinfection personnel reserve, patriotic health campaign implementation, work funding, mosquito monitoring and monitoring The establishment of mechanisms can be put in place. 90% of the neighborhood committees in 4 towns set up their own organization, plan management and emergency teams at the same level with statistical significance (χ ~ 2 = -12.61, P <0.01) task. There were significant differences in emergency supplies and staff reserve between village committees under township subordinates (χ ~ 2 = 17.0 and 14.4, respectively, P <0.05). There were significant differences in supervision and funding between subordinate village committees in 4 towns (χ ~ 2 = 26.6 and 37.3, P <0.05, respectively). Conclusion Dengue fever prevention and control demonstration area can promote the prevention and control of dengue fever to a certain extent, guaranteeing the prevention and control team and mosquito media monitoring, but still need to strengthen the assessment and special funds and other inputs to promote the prevention and control work.
