以回顾性分析方式 ,探讨医院内 7年来护士长公开竞聘工作的积极意义和存在问题 ,并提出改进意见。分析表明 :推行护士长公开竞聘 ,对破除传统的任命制、终身制、不拘一格选择护理管理人才、提高护士长群体素质、增强全体护士的参与意识、激发学习管理知识的自觉性和全面有效地提高护理质量、更新护理模式 ,都有着积极作用。但也存在着考核未量化 ,上岗无正规培训 ,年龄限制偏严等不足之处。建议建立护士长后备人选培训制度 ,细化量化护士长的业绩考核 ,适当放宽年龄界限 ,以进一步完善竞聘制度。
In retrospective analysis, the positive significance and problems of the nurses’ open competition in hospitals over the past seven years were discussed and suggestions for improvement were proposed. The analysis shows that the implementation of open competition for head nurses requires the selection of nursing management personnel, the improvement of the quality of head nurses, the awareness of participation of all nurses, the awareness of stimulating learning management, and the overall effectiveness of the system in eliminating traditional appointments, tenure, and non-discrimination. To improve the quality of care and update the nursing model have a positive effect. However, there are also deficiencies such as non-quantitative assessment, formal training without employment, and strict age restrictions. It is proposed to establish a backup training system for head nurses, refine the performance assessment of quantitative head nurses, and appropriately relax the age boundary so as to further improve the competition system.
