[目的]选取苏云金芽孢杆菌及其2种毒蛋白(Cry1Ac活化毒素/原毒素、Cry2Ab活化毒素/原毒素)对土耳其斯坦叶螨不同发育阶段进行毒力测定,为新型生物杀虫剂在土耳其斯坦叶螨生物防治及应用方面提供理论依据。[方法]采用玻片浸渍法和叶片浸渍法。[结果]2种活化毒素对若螨和雌成螨有较高毒力,其中Cry2Ab最高,LC_(50)值分别为30.68、144.58 mg/L,其次是Cry1Ac,LC50值为79.86、187.29 mg/L。但是对卵的活性明显偏低。苏云金杆菌制剂及2种原毒素对土耳其斯坦叶螨3种螨态毒力均较低。[结论]2种活化毒素对若螨和雌成螨有毒力,可以用于土耳其斯坦叶螨的生物防治。
[Objective] To determine the toxicity of Bacillus thuringiensis and its two toxic proteins (Cry1Ac activating toxin / protoxin, Cry2Ab activating toxin / protoxin) to the different developmental stages of Tetranychus Turkestanii, and to study the toxicity of the new biopesticide in Turkestan Provide the theoretical basis for the biological control and application of spider mites. [Method] The glass slips impregnation method and leaf dipping method were used. [Result] The two kinds of activating toxins had higher virulence to nymphs and adult mites. The highest values of Cry2Ab, LC 50 were 30.68 and 144.58 mg / L, followed by Cry1Ac, LC50 was 79.86 and 187.29 mg / L. However, the activity of eggs is obviously low. Bacillus thuringiensis preparation and two protoxins had low mite-state virulence to Tetranychus turkestani. [Conclusion] The two kinds of activating toxins were toxic to nymphs and female mites, and could be used for the biological control of Tetranychus turkestani.
