信息技术培训是教师快速获取信息技术知识、提升教师信息技术应用能力和实现教师专业发展的有效途径。本文以《中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训课程标准(试行)》为依据,对城市中学地理教师信息技术培训需求情况进行了问卷调查,通过对问卷进行分析发现:从整体上看地理教师的信息技术应用能力较差,信息技术支持教师专业发展的理念未深入人心,地理教师需求较高的是应用信息技术优化课堂教学方面的培训等,本文针对上述需求进行详细阐述与分析,以期为制定具有针对性和实效性的地理教师信息技术培训提供参考和借鉴。
Information technology training is an effective way for teachers to quickly acquire knowledge of information technology, enhance the ability of teachers to apply information technology and realize the professional development of teachers. Based on the “Curriculum Standard for Information Technology Applied Ability Training of Primary and Secondary School Teachers (for Trial Implementation)”, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the demand for information technology training for geography teachers in urban middle schools. By analyzing the questionnaires, it is found that geography teachers’ information Technical application ability is poor, the concept of information technology support teachers’ professional development is not popular, the higher demand for geography teachers is the application of information technology to optimize the training of classroom teaching, etc. This paper describes and analyzes the above requirements in detail in order to develop a Targeted and effective geography teacher information technology training to provide reference and reference.
