以蒌蒿叶为材料,采用微波辅助提取总黄酮。在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应面法,对蒌蒿叶总黄酮的微波辅助提取工艺进行了优化,并对其抗氧化活性进行了研究。结果表明:微波辅助提取蒌蒿叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为料液比1︰130(g/mL),乙醇体积分数80%,微波功率440 W,处理时间6 min,在此条件下蒌蒿叶总黄酮得率为5.52%。蒌蒿叶黄酮提取液对DPPH自由基的平均抑制率为86.20%,表现出很强的抗氧化活性,因此,具有较好的综合开发利用前景。
With Artemisia leaf as material, microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids. On the basis of single factor experiment, microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from leaves of Artemisia selengensis was optimized by response surface methodology, and its antioxidant activity was also studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis leaf were as follows: the solid-liquid ratio was 1: 130 (g / mL), the volume fraction of ethanol was 80%, the microwave power was 440 W and the treatment time was 6 min. Artemisia leaf flavonoids yield was 5.52%. The average inhibitory rate of DPPH free radicals extracted from Artemisia selengensis leaves flavonoids was 86.20%, showing a strong antioxidant activity, therefore, has a good prospect of comprehensive development and utilization.
