目的建立复方治障明眼液中大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,固定相为十八烷基硅烷键合相硅胶,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85:15)为流动相,检测波长254nm,测定该制剂中大黄酚的含量。结果线性范围3.004~30.04μg,r=0.9994,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.6%(n=5)。结论方法简便、快速、准确。复方治障明眼液中大黄酚含量定为不低于0.05mg/ml,为制订复方治障明眼液质量标准提供了可行的依据。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the content of chrysophanol in Compound Cured Caiming Eye Drops. Methods The HPLC method was used. The stationary phase was octadecylsilane-bonded silica gel. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (85:15) and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. The content of chrysophanol in the preparation was determined. Results The linear range was 3.004 ~ 30.04 μg, r = 0.9994. The average recovery was 99.5% with a RSD of 0.6% (n = 5). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. The content of chrysophanol in the compound curetreatment eye drops is not less than 0.05mg / ml, which provides a feasible basis for formulating the quality standard of the compound cure discerning eye liquid.
