不同变形工艺对0Cr15Ni5Cu4Nb钢组织性能影响

  针对15-5PH钢材料进行了变形工艺实验研究;实验结果表明:当变形量大于30%时,锻件得到了均匀、细小的等轴晶粒组织;随着变形量的增加,硬度值先升后降,但变化幅度不大,锻件硬度变化范围为HB=314~322;锻件的纵向、横向力学拉伸性能差别较小;纵向室温拉伸性能随着变形量的增加,抗拉强度呈现出下降的趋势。而横向室温抗拉强度随着变形量的增加呈现出“波浪”起伏的现象;随着变形量的增加,冲击性能呈现增加的趋势,而纵向冲击性能高于横向冲击性能。
