市（地）、县档案工作是我国档案事业的基础。因此,市（地）、县档案专业队伍的建设,不但对市（地）县档案事业的发展,而且对建设有中国特色的社会主义档案事业也具有极其重要的意义。 近些年来,随着中央、国务院有关档案工作一系列文件的贯彻落实和档案法的颁布实施,一大批新手充实到档案部门,使市（地）县档案专业队伍,无论在数量还是在文化水平或是专业素质等方面,都出现了一些新变化,也带来了一些新问题。本文旨在通过对某市及其所属县（市）、区档案局、馆专业队伍情况的剖析,探讨市（地）、县档案专业队伍建设的新思路。

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the situation of a city and its counties (cities), district bureaus and museum specialists, and to explore new ideas for building a contingent of professionals in city (prefecture) and county archives.
