Nowadays, college students have abundant after-class time, so they are actually working part-time jobs. It is hypothesized that properly managed part-time jobs would have a positive effect for the students. In light of these issues, the current study shall seek to determine the key factors that the reason why students pursue a part-time job. A survey was proposed and administered to students from the college of economics and finance in SISU.
