伴随着课改经验的不断丰富,课改中的问题逐渐暴露出来。其中,教师的专业发展水平是影响课改深入进行的关键因素,受到了人们越来越广泛的重视。从推进改革的角度讲,现在是直面这一问题,并使之逐步解决的时候了。基础教育课程改革的重要目标之一是发展学生的主体性,而发展学生主体性的基础和前提是教师的主体性发展。当下,有一个问题越来越深刻地被我们体会到了,那就是教师的主体性发展对“发展学生的主体性”有多重要。那么,相对来说,我们对"教师 With the continuous enrichment of curriculum reform experience, the problems in the curriculum reform gradually exposed.
