目的:探讨泽泻炮制饮片的质量控制指标可行性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定泽泻饮片中24-乙酰泽泻醇A和23-乙酰泽泻醇B的含量;采用照相机和Adobe Photoshop软件获取饮片外观信息,评判不同产地泽泻炮制饮片的色泽差异。结果:各炮制饮片中24-乙酰泽泻醇A和23-乙酰泽泻醇B总量均大于0.08%,泽泻饮片色泽均匀性在10~2.5,泽泻饮片色度差在2~8个色度单位。结论:所选质控指标可反映泽泻饮片的内在质量,可用于中药泽泻的质量控制。
Objective: To explore the feasibility of quality control index of Alisma orientalis Pieces. Methods: The contents of 24-acetyl alisol A and 23-acetyl alisol B in the extract of Alisma orientalis were determined by HPLC. The appearance information of the slices was obtained by camera and Adobe Photoshop software. Color difference. Results: The total amount of 24-acetyl alisol A and 23-acetyl alisol B in each prepared Pieces was more than 0.08%, the color uniformity of Alisma orientalis slices was between 10 and 2.5, the color difference of Alisma orientalis slices was between 2 and 8 Chroma unit. Conclusion: The selected quality control index can reflect the intrinsic quality of Alisma orientalis, which can be used for the quality control of Alisma orientale.
