目的研究附子-甘草配伍前后汤液中沉积物的化学组成,以揭示附子-甘草配伍作用机制。方法采用高效液相-飞行时间质谱(HPLC-TOF-MS)对比分析附子-甘草合煎前后沉积物中6种酯型生物碱的量,借助傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)及二阶光谱比较附子-甘草合煎前后沉积物的结构变化。结果附子配伍甘草合煎过程中,附子中大量酯型生物碱被甘草成分复合而发生沉积,沉积物产生的机制初步确定为生物碱中叔胺N与甘草羧酸C=O发生缔合。结论初步探析了附子-甘草合煎前后汤液中沉积物化学组分变化,有助于揭示附子-甘草配伍过程中化学组分变化及配伍作用机制。
Objective To study the chemical composition of sediment in the liquid of aconite and licorice before and after compatibility to reveal the compatibility mechanism of aconite and licorice. Methods HPLC-TOF-MS was used to analyze the contents of six kinds of alkaloid alkaloids in the sediments of Aconite-Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fischeri before and after the decoction. Conclusion The changes of chemical composition in the sediment of Fuzi - Gancaohe decoction before and after decoction can be preliminarily analyzed, which can help to reveal the chemical composition changes and compatibility mechanism during the compatibility of Fuzi - Gancao decoction.
