同济大学4×4m地震模拟振动台是我国引进的第一台技术先进、规模较大的这类振动台。它的基础是由我们自行设计的。本文阐述如何在困难的客观条件下确定基础方案:探讨了各种不同的基础振动计算模型,提出了无限扩展截头锥体模型;讨论了基础结构设计的若干重要问题,如壁板与底板的刚度校核,基础的配筋方法、局部预应力等。振动台二年来运转的情况证明本文提出的设计方法是符合实际的,基础工作状况很好,完全符合设计要求。
Tongji University 4 × 4m seismic shaking table is the first of our country to introduce advanced technology, such a large scale of such vibration table. It is based on our own design. This article describes how to determine the basic solution under difficult objective conditions: discusses various computational models of fundamental vibrations, proposes an infinite expansion of the frustum model, and discusses several important issues in the design of foundation structures, such as wall and floor Stiffness check, the basic method of reinforcement, local prestress and so on. Shaking table two years of operation proved that the design method proposed in this paper is in line with the actual work in good condition, in full compliance with design requirements.
