在常压、双涵进气条件下 ,以常规环形混合器为基准 ,通过不同小突片强化混合结构的对比试验 ,初步探讨了小突片的个数、安装角度等结构参数对排气混合系统气动性能的影响。试验结果表明 :小突片能很好地强化内外涵气流的混合 ,使下游流场出现明显的变形 ,系统的卷吸量、混合均匀性均得到改善 ,但是压头损失系数有所增加 ;多个小突片沿周向均匀分布 ,且交替向内外倾斜 ,能更有效地强化混合。
