目的利用高效液相色谱法对天平山淫羊藿覆盖其分布区的8个居群基于4种主要活性成分,即朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷(合称为淫羊藿多苷,ABCI)进行含量测定,开展系统全面的质量评价研究。同时,为淫羊藿属植物药用种质筛选和资源开发利用提供参考和启示。方法采用Zorbax SB-C8柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-1.44%乙酸水,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温25℃,检测波长272 nm。结果 8个居群的天平山淫羊藿质量均优于淫羊藿苷0.5%的药典标准及淫羊藿多苷1.3%的建议标准。但居群间质量差异显著,朝藿定A和朝藿定B的含量分别从低于检测限到1.42%和2.39%,朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷的居群间变异范围分别为2.18%~7.80%和0.51%~7.76%。结论:综合考虑天平山淫羊藿的丰富资源和优异质量,支持其作为药用。其中,贵州产天平山淫羊藿普遍优于其他产区,可作为优异种质资源重点筛选。
OBJECTIVE To determine the eight populations of Epimedium nobilis from its distribution area by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) based on four major active ingredients, Epimedin A, Epimedin B, Epimedin C and Icariin Collectively referred to as epimedium glycoside, ABCI) for the determination of content, carry out a comprehensive system of quality evaluation. At the same time, provide references and enlightenments for the screening of medicinal germplasm resources and exploitation and utilization of resources in Epimedium. Methods A Zorbax SB-C8 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1.44% acetic acid in water with a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min and a detection wavelength of 272 nm at 25 ℃. Results The quality of Epimedium nobilis in 8 populations was superior to the pharmacopoeia standard of 0.5% Icariin and the recommended standard of Epimedium glycoside 1.3%. But there were significant differences among the populations. The contents of epimedin A and epimedin B were respectively 1.42% and 2.39% below the limit of detection (LOD), and the populations of Epimedin C and Icariin were 2.18 % ~ 7.80% and 0.51% ~ 7.76%. Conclusion: Considering the abundant resources and excellent quality of Epimedium in Mt. Among them, Epimedium brevicornum produced in Guizhou is generally superior to other producing areas and can be used as the key screening of excellent germplasm resources.
