一、引言 我厂纤维板车间锅炉是主要设备之一。锅炉能耗占车间能耗70％左右。随着电价、水价、煤价等的调整,锅炉能耗在纤维板生产中占成本比例越来越高。因此,降低锅炉能耗成为提高企业经济效益的重要一环。而原锅炉水处理设备存在问题较多,水质不达标,残硬有时高达0.04～0.1mgN/L,再生周期短、耗盐、耗水多,因水质经常超标,导致锅炉严重结垢,传热不好,直接影响锅炉能耗及安全,所以选用合适的软水设备是一项重要的节能措施。
