某水驱区块于1986年投入开发,2011年进行三类油层加密调整,合采SⅢ、PⅡ、高台子三套油层组,注采井距近(106 m),井段长(231 m),层间层内矛盾突出,油层动用差异大,导致含水上升快。通过精细地质研究,以改善薄差油层动用状况、控制含水上升速度、恢复地层能量为重点,不断摸索特高含水期“控含水、控递减”的有效方法,改善区块开发效果,实现稳油控水的目的。
