对已获得的白蜡属种间杂交种F1代及其亲本的自由授粉子代进行种子性状的调查与分析,比较不同树种、不同父本种源、不同母本基因型、不同父本基因型及花粉是否经过静电场处理对杂交种F1代的种子性状的影响;从杂交种F1代的种子性状方面研究其杂种优势。研究表明:以不同白蜡树种为父本对杂种F1代的种子性状没有显著影响,父本种源不同对杂交种F1代的种子性状没有显著影响,母本基因型不同对杂交种F1代的种子性状影响很大,父本基因型不同对杂交种F1代的种子性状没有显著影响,花粉经适宜高压静电场处理后对杂种F1代的种子性状没有显著影响,白蜡属种间杂交种F1在种子性状方面具有杂种优势。
