轨道交通虽然是一种社会公益产品,需重点考虑其社会效益,但其经济效益也不容忽视,合理的票价是保持城市轨道交通系统稳健发展的关键。设计双层规划模型目的是:在多种交通方式竞争条件下,综合考虑轨道交通的社会效益和经济效益,得到城市轨道交通票价制定的最优策略。本模型既保障了出行者的广义出行费用最小,又可使轨道交通企业在交通方式竞争中经济效益最大化。
Although the rail transit is a kind of social welfare product, it is necessary to consider its social benefits, but its economic benefits can not be ignored. Reasonable fares are the key to maintaining the sound development of the urban rail transit system. The purpose of designing a bi-level programming model is to obtain the optimal tactics for fare planning of urban rail transit under the conditions of various traffic modes and comprehensively considering the social and economic benefits of rail transit. This model not only protects the traveler’s minimum travel costs but also maximizes the economic benefits of the rail transit enterprises in the traffic mode competition.
