目的采用实验室间比对质量控制考核方法评价各省级疾病预防控制中心生活饮用水中有机物指标四氯化碳、苯、甲苯、二甲苯和农药指标p’p-DDT的检测能力。方法将参加实验室分成2组,每组约16个实验室,不同浓度水平双样设计,采用稳健统计方法对实验室检测能力进行评价。结果全国30家省(直辖市、自治区)疾病预防控制中心参加了本次实验室间比对,全部参数均获得满意结果的实验室20个,占66.7%;存在可疑结果的实验室8个,占26.7%;存在离群结果的实验室2个,占6.7%。结论参加本次实验室间比对的省级疾病预防控制中心,大多数具有生活饮用水中有机物指标四氯化碳、苯、甲苯、二甲苯和农药指标p’p-DDT的检测能力。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the detection of p’p-DDT, an indicator of carbon tetrachloride, benzene, toluene, xylene and pesticide, of organic matter in domestic drinking water by provincial Centers for Disease Control and Prevention by using the method of inter-laboratory comparison and quality control assessment. Methods The participating laboratories were divided into two groups, each with about 16 laboratories. Different concentrations of the two laboratories were designed in double designs. The robust statistical method was used to evaluate the laboratory testing ability. Results The CDC of 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in China participated in this laboratory with 20 laboratories with satisfactory results, accounting for 66.7% of all laboratories; 8 laboratories with suspicious results, accounting for 26.7%; there are 2 laboratories with outlier results, accounting for 6.7%. Conclusion Most of the provincial centers for CDC participating in this inter-laboratory comparison have the ability to detect carbon tetrachloride, benzene, toluene, xylene and pesticide index p’p-DDT in domestic drinking water.
